1. What information is needed for placing an order?
size of item, long or short sleeve (if applicable), applique design (if applicable), font, name or monogram (indicate first initial, middle initial, last initial), fabrics to be used, colors. contact information - shipping address and paypal email address so that payment can be collected.
2. What products do you stock?
Under the pricing tab you will find all items in stock. All items are white. Every now and then I will have shirts in a specific color other than white. You can ask first, but please don't count of colored shirts being stocked.
3. How do shirts run?
All shirts are 100% cotton and true to size. Shrinkage may occur due to the garmet being 100% cotton. Boys shirts are stocked by the even size 12-18 mos, 2, 4, 6. If the child is a 3T, I would suggest going with a 4. Girls shirts are stocked specific to size 12-18mos, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.
4. Do you ship?
Yes, I do ship. Shipping charges will be applied to your invoice. Shipping is $5. If the item is particularly small and lightweight or if there is a larger quanity and heavier weight the pricing will be adjusted.
5. What if I want an item that I don't see pictured?
Just ask! I may be able to get a particular design or merge a design to work for you!
6. I've sent a message and haven't heard back - what should I do?
If you have emailed me at firstname.lastname@example.org, please be patient allowing a full 24 hours for a response. If you still haven't heard back, then resend your email. If you sent a message via facebook, please don't do that and instead, send to my email (email@example.com). Thanks for your understanding and patience!
7. What is your turnaround time?
Please allow at least 2 weeks. During the holidays - the earlier you can order, the better! I will take breaks around holidays and during the summer.
